           Gellibrand Lower is a fantastic destination along the Great Ocean Road for setting out to explore, from walking, cycling, kayaking and bird watching. The Lower Gellibrand River Valley is serene and breath taking, Moonlight Heads with spectacular views at the Gables, you might even see a whale, to Wreck Beach with its history of ship wrecks and remarkable geology, with the longest staircase leading you down to the beach. Princetown Wetlands and The Gellibrand River Mouth with Jaw dropping cliffs and deserted beaches and great swimming in the river. Get to the 12 Apostles see the sun rise before the crowds arrive or head up into the rainforest for the waterfalls and ancient myrtle beech forests. Take a torch and check out the glow worms after dark at melba gully.
